Vitamin A - too much???

Hi guys,
I'm doing quite well in regards to adjusting to eating differently, but some days I'm noticing I'm going WELL over my vitamin A intake for the day, some days over 300% or sometimes a lot more than that! I'm really enjoying fresh vegetables and salad right now. Anyway, so my question is how much vitamin A is too much? Should I be worried about this?

One carrot has over 200% of the RDA of vitamin A. I usually go well over on my vitamins A and C because I eat tons of fruits and veggies.
This is a good fact sheet on vitamin A. http://ods.od.nih.gov/factsheets/vitamina0 -
Fantastic! Thanks for that resource!! Puts my mind at ease, because I know of at least one day where i was 900% over and started to panic.0
