Re-introducing myself!

I've been on MFP for quite a while, and I like many others bounce back and forth. I do really well for a while, then it's almost like I sabotage myself! I am working on that, as I feel like it's a control issue. Well, I'm flipping it around! I CAN control my eating.
I used to be an emotional eater. It began roughly a year ago. I've had fertility issues for whatever reason, family history I guess, and that only made it worse. I stopped caring about myself. Which I'm sure didn't help with fertility either!! At this point, my husband was just diagnosed with Crohn's and I have had issues in the past with IBD as well, so we're doing a complete "diet" overhaul. I'm logging literally everything I eat (except on cheat days, which only happen for special occasions!) We just joined the gym again, and I'm super stoked. Now that hubby is on board, it will be a lot easier and we'll have each other as support. I'm also trying to get over my cardio issues. I smoked for close to 6 years. I've got breathing issues, not quite asthma, just being unhealthy and smoking too much. I've got an inhaler for after I run, but my goal is to 1. run a complete mile without stopping or feeling faint, no matter how long it takes me, and 2. eliminate the use for the inhaler.
I'm 5'9, and at the highest weight of my life, 199. Well, I started my journey at 199. I'm like, 197 or something now I've always been curvy, literally curvy. My typical healthy weight has always been between 150-160. I'd love to see that again and know I can. I'd actually like to try to hit 140, but my doc and I really don't know how that will look. I don't want to look emaciated!! I've also got a huge chest as well, which (un)fortunately NEVER really loses oomph or anything. Which I guess is cool, I mean, women pay good money for a chest like mine so I count my blessings haha!
My goals right now are to, like I said, run or jog at least a mile without stopping. I also want to reign in my self control a little more. I'd like for my meals and eating to be more structured. And I'd like to make sure we hit the gym 4-5 times a week at least. I'm 23, married to my best friend (although sometimes I could rip his face off!!!) have a dog, kitten, and house rabbit. We would love to have kids in the long run, the sooner the better, but we are working on our health first! I've got a super strong support system on here already, but I always enjoy hearing from people!
I also text like it's my job, and I'd love to maybe have a text buddy or two, you know, for those times the office gets pizza and whatnot! Always good to have those little angels on your shoulders!! Anyway, feel free to shoot me a request, and if you love texting like I do, inbox me!! GOOD LUCK EVERYONE!!
