Hi! I've started using My Fitness Pal before, but I've never introduced myself.
I'm Chi, I'm 23, too short and 115-120 lbs. We don't have a scale in my house, so that's a questimate I don't really have an interesting backstory or anything like that. Sometimes I feel too chubby, somedays I do not. I think I could stand to loose a little bit of weight, but mostly I need to gain strength. I used to go for 2-3 mile walks, but now there's no where left to walk. I used to ride horses, but had to stop because of college. SO for the last few years, I haven't been getting any sort of exercise. I miss having strength, and I'd like to get back into shape.
I recently enrolled in a carpentry program so now being fit is a necessity! I've been trying to work out 3-4 times a week, rotating between cardio, strength training and just yoga (for those days when everything hurts!) but it's easy to skip a day. I'm going to be logging my food and exercise on here again, to help keep myself on track...and make sure I don't over/under eat while I adjust to all this new physical activity!
I'm terrible about skipping breakfast, and I'm stuck on what I can have for my 30min lunch breaks, so I'm also hoping the community here can help me with that too
