...And I have lost 4lbs towards my target of losing a stone.

I am quite pleased because I haven't starved myself, I've been careful and just watched how much I've been eating and done a little bit of moderate excercise (e.g a couple of 30 min walks and 15 minutes on the cross-trainer).

    Good job. I didnt lose this week, but this is a whole new concept for me so I am going to stick to this plan and see what happens. Your an encouragement.116098.png
