Hey Fellow Fitness Pals! Just wanted to drop a quick line to introduce myself. My name is Kay and I'm from Wisconsin. I started my diet in February of 2011. So far I have lost 92 lbs. I'm at the point now where the weight is coming off extremely slow... if at all. This is more than frustrating to say the least. Really looking forward to that infamous 100 lb mark!

Needed a good tool to monitor my daily caloric intake and Fitness Pal was just the ticket.
