I was on vacation last week and snowboarding didn't go as planned (weather conditions were very snowy and windy making visibility low), so in the end I ended up eating and drinking 3 of my pounds back. This week I plan on eating right and getting back on track and making sure I work out at least 4 days.

PS...the Polar F6 rocks! I wore it yesterday for the first time and found that I burned 2744 calories in 5 hours of snowboarding. Yes, I ate a lot when I got done. :laugh:
