How did you lose the last 10 pounds!

I'm down to the last 10 pounds (or so) of fat that I want to lose (currently 184.7 @ 5' 9"). I'm also lifting weights 2-3 times per week to build some muscle.

Wanted to see if there was any advice for me as it is not coming off very easy!!! Any tips for getting the last 10 pounds!

    Possibly try upping the amount of calories you are eating, zig zagging your calories, different exercises...all options you can try. Also you should put the loss per week setting to 1lb or 1/2lb per week.

    Thanks! I really think I need to try zig zagging calories and see what happens.
