Here's some good advice on that: http://www.sparkpeople.com/resource/fitness_articles.asp?id=516

If anyone else has any tips for getting back on the losing end of weight loss, come share.

And/or we can just support each other and try and help one another get over this plateau and back on the track towards our goal

I have weighed the same ( a 3 pound radius) for 3 weeks...until this AM when the scale finally said I lost .8 pounds. I think my body was adjusting to all of the changes it was going through and revolting! Eating healthy food has not really been an issue it was the exercise (or lack thereof) that caused my issues. I started working out doing DVD's and walking...but not taking into account all of the calories I need to eat to make up for the exercise. It has taken 3 frustrating weeks to find that balance for intake vs. exercise. I also vary my food and do not eat a lot of the same except for SALADS each day at lunch (other than weekends). I do change my protein on the salads. Good luck and hope you get off the plateau soon.
