Have anyone tried the grapefruit diet? I'm looking for something new to jumpstart my weight loss....Also any ideas on losing weight :flowerforyou:

I do 1200 or less on calories and work out at least 20-25 minutes. I jump started that way.0

Stay away from these fad diets. Like the above poster said - just start your diet by pledging to yourself that you will honestly log EVERYTHING you eat, and keep your calories at a low, but healthy level. Exercise vigorously for 4-5 times per week, 1+ hours each time. None of this "go for a walk" stuff - go to the gym, hit the elliptical for an hour, and push yourself to the point of exhaustion.0
