Tired of being tired

Hi everyone! My name is Robyn and my GYN recommended this site. I can't believe that I actually have a goal of losing 79 lbs. It seems unreal. That's in my healthy BMI range, but the last time I weighed that was in high school. I'm 33 with two beautiful kiddos. I worked out with a trainer from last October until June and gained lost of muscle, but LOST NO WEIGHT. I'm ready to start ticking off the pounds.

I would love some accountability partners and friends, so feel free to show some love!

    Well I bet you lost fat in that prior training process! The main trick to losing weight and fat, is nothing other than cardio. :/ I suck at sticking to the cardio, right now I am squeezing it into 3-4 days a week! Be my cardio buddy!

    HI Robyn, Feel free to add me as a friend. I have been here since 8/16 after reaching my highest weight ever.
    I piled it on after being diagnosed with ms and having myslef a huge pity party. Figured at least I could eat. That wasn't such a good idea. Anyhow, I am back..
    Let's lose this weight and look awesome again!

    It will happen, just be patient! I have struggled for my entire life, and this is the first time i have been REAL about it. This tool is amazing. Something that I find that works for me really well is planning. Since you can go from day to day, I am able to plan out several days to come, and it has worked for me. Good luck!

    Welcome and Luv Ya. Cardio will get you there. Also eat every 2-3 hours keeps the metabolism up= burning calories. I sent a friend request

    I have a goal of 75lbs. I have 9 so far. Even when I hit my goal I still will need to lose around 30lbs for my height. I need all the support I can get. I am sending a friend request. I will try to motivate and encourage you.........

    I just started on here two days ago and my goal is to lose 80 pounds. Which is alot and can seem overwhelming at times. But everyone is so supportive on here and I have found this site to be the best thing I have ever used. Feel free to friend me and we can support each other :smile:
