Hi there......
Log everything you put into your mouth. Be honest about it, it only hurts you if you don't. You may come to realize just how much you eat without realizing it by logging everything. For me, I added up the calories I ate in 1 week of mayonnaise alone and it was 1250 calories......FROM MAYO ONLY. So I quit using mayo, didn't replace it with anything and have 1250 calories saved just by doing that.
