Just wanted to introduce myself. I'm already on the small side to be looking into loosing weight, and people always roll their eyes at me (which I'm so sick of). I have a medical condition that has a 80% obesity rate, and an 80% diabetes rate. So I want to be active and slim down my problem areas now rather than later. I went on a diet that a friend recommended and have started to do daily exercise and toning. in three weeks I've lost almost 10 pounds, and 2 pant sizes. I'm happy with my sizes, now I just want to tone it and make it pretty, I love how I can track everything that I do and get some feedback with MFP.
One more thing. Kudos to all of you for be here and trying to loose! It says a lot when you're willing to make the changes and just try, even if you don't hit your goal, or hit a speed bump. At least you tried and that's more than most! Way to go.
Any others just wanting to loose 20 pounds or less would love to friend with you!

I just read your post and think it is awesome that you are being proactive and doing something about this before it is a bigger problem, no eye rolling here. I am currently trying to drop about 30 more pounds myself, I have already lost 40. You can add me as a friend if you want to, I would like to encourage and support you on your journey.0
