AMAZING!

I am amazed at myself: I completed Jillian's 30 Day Shred and have been doing Ripped in 30, both of them being 25 minute workouts.

For some reason today, I decided to try Banish Fat, Boost Metabolism~ which is 45 minutes~ and DID IT!!
The whole stinkin' thing!!!

I can't believe it!!

    Well done you. I've never did the banish fat one but i'm dead almost after her 30 day shread and that's not even 30mins so a huge well done you, i prob would be dead after 45 mins lol xx
