Well, I did gain, but I forgot to measure myself, so I'll have to post all my final stuff tomorrow morning, that's when I'm more comfortable. Hope everyone did better than me, but on a good note, I did wonderful yesterday. I walked and stayed under on calories. YAY!!!

Ok... So, I only lost a pound and 1.05 inches in the last 6 weeks. But looking back, I know that I wasn't eating real well and I haven't exercised since mid December. So... I guess I am happy with what I've got, since I didn't log, we ate out (a lot), we ate poorly, I ate to medicate my mood, and I didn't work out. Yup. A loss is a loss, and I'll take it!0 -

I've done it --- I've plateaued!!! :laugh: The good news is I haven't gained. I can live with this. And it may be 159, but I feel that I'm anchored securely in the 150s, which is exciting.

I hate to admit it, but I gained during this challenge. The end result was 1 pound and that is ok, since I have usually gained at least 5 pounds during past Christmas holidays.

Eek!! Serious my brain is a mashed potato when I'm on break from school. I JUST realized it was Tuesday and that I was supposed to weigh in. GASP!! But I will do final weigh in and measurements here and beginning stuff on the New challenge tomorrow morning!
Worked out for the first time in 3 (count 'em 3) weeks today. Did the Shred DVD level 1 and let me tell you i wanted to die. Basically will never take time off ever again!!
