I have pretty low endurance (broke my back some years back) and am working out inside as well. I'm currently using TiffanyRotheWorkouts on youtube for aerobics and core workouts. I don't get winded or incredibly sore doing her stuff, the moves don't require a lot of room, and I can go for a while at a time before I need a break. I can feel the tension and muscle ache about 30 mins after each session as well. Between this and midnight gym runs, I think I'm set.

I'll cast an enthusiastic vote for P90X and Insanity.
