1. Don't let my self get hungry If I do I am more likey to go over my cals and and eat something that not as healthy
2. Try new foods I was surprised by how good whole grain bread and waffles taste but for some reason I dont like wheat bread
3. Do be afarid to push your self during workouts The great feeling of making it thru is way better then just being a quiter
4. You do have time to eat right and excerise I work 56 hours a week every week Sometimes i fall short Like today but always try again the next
5. Log and forget it there is no point of beating your self up over that muffin trust me just try again the next day
6. Surrond your self with like minded people my MFP friends are the best and they always know just what to say and understand My workout partner pushes me even when i try to stop My dog Chole is always ready and availble to go for a run

Feel Free to add any thing you have learn along the way to make this a better jorney for every one who choose to read it

If you're going to splurge, splurge on something that you can't get very often, Like your Aunt Ethel's cherry pie, not a cherry pie from the vending machine!

This was nearly the other one for me... mine was something along the lines of "if you're gonna slurge, make it worth it!" Stale brownies from the breakroom or soggy leftovers are so not worth it. A Pumpkin Spice Latte however, heaven!!

LOL, so true! I see people go for the 3 day old donut leftovers at work all the time. Their philosophy is that if you nuke it a few seconds it will be just fine. Blehhck!
