Hi everyone! I've been using MFP on my iphone on and off for a few months now, but have been really keeping up with it the past couple weeks. I've lost around 8 1/2 lbs since really focusing on the gym and my eating.

Does anyone has any killer leg workouts? I've always had an athletic build with thicker legs but want to tone and slim them down.

    I have found that the Elliptical, bike trainer, and Adaptive Motion Trainer work very well. Blessings, hope this helps. :bigsmile:

    Running. Biking. Squats. My three. I'm a thick build so I have thunder thighs but they are getting much more toned with these exercises
