Has anyone used this before? Or for those familiar with pilates what are your thoughts on it?

    Pilates are fantastic and if you are quite flexible and able to do those exercises I would highly recommend it.

    I saw it last night at Target and almost got it but wanted to research it a bit more online first.
    Pilates are fantastic and if you are quite flexible and able to do those exercises I would highly recommend it.

    I'm very flexible and want to keep improving on it.
