Still no loss, grr well at least I am not gaining and TOM is next week so I am sure that helps. I did get on the scale this morning and had a "loss" till I noticed someone messed with it and it was off. But hey that is ok, I am at the gym 5 days a week. for about 40 minutes and one day for a couple hours. I am noticing a big change in my muscle definition in my back and arms but nothing in the tummy area.

Having a hard time keeping under my calories & my arthritis is giving me much pain in all my joints so exercise has been hard! We have had a big change in weather so I think that has been a factor in this too. So this week I have only lost .8 of a pound. At least the scale is going in the right direction. But very slow progress! Hope you all did better than me this week!0 -

This past week I worked my butt off exercising and my body told me I did. But it felt good to see a great number on the scale.0 -

Way behind my mini goals, but at least I am going in the right direction. Just have not been able to focus on my diet & exercise as I am soooo busy with many different Women's Ministry events, & bible study, & meetings. Cleaning up my flower bed & vegetable garden. Before we go away as it probably will be like Winter when we get back. The nights are very cold & the Fall days are beautiful, sunny & crisp. Spent 2 hours out in my garden in the sun yesterday! Also trying to pack for our 2 week holiday as well. I do not know what I can do to keep track of my weight on holidays as I do not remember seeing a weigh scale at all. We are going to Waikiki Hawaii. I just might have to post unknown, until I get back. We fly home on Oct. 18th. Best wishes to you all!0 -
