I've lost 50 pounds since the beginning of the year and I'm so proud of myself. I've been walking, Zumba and Brazil Butt Lift along with some Pilates and general situps, pushups and leg lifts. I was watching the scale drop 1-2 pounds a week even when I was not doing anything.
I cut myself to 1500 - 1800 calories a day (I'm proudly breastfeeding my 1 year old son and I'm planning on sticking with it for at least 6 more months) and I've started making much healthier choices and when I eat something less healthy (mac n cheese, ice cream, rice...etc) I have a small amount and it's not often.
I'm stuck at 155 pounds and I can't budge. I've been doing Zumba and walking like crazy now that I've been given the go ahead after having my gallbladder removed. What am I doing wrong? My goal is 125 pounds by the end of the year.
Help? I know I'm not the only one on here who has dealt with this. I'm also thinking about either p90x or Insanity to help. TIA!

I'll be the one to ask. Are you pregnant again?0

Don't beat yourself up!! 50 lbs is HUGE!!! Just think it's your body saying it needs a break. As long as you aren't gaining back, I'll bet the measuring tape is still adjusting down. Your shrinkage just needs to catch up to the scales. Keep on keeping on, and it will start moving again very soon!!! I've been stuck on the scales the past 2 weeks, but ta'da', I lost another inch off my waist!! As longs as things are stil adjusting, I'm thrilled!!0

Nope. I'm 100% sure I'm not. Not going to go into detail about that though plus I just had a test at my surgery.0
