I just read two books by Ben Mizrich, "Sex on the Moon" and "Bringing Down the House". Both true stories and facinating.

Both were great.

Anyone have any other suggestions?

    Saving CeeCee Honeycutt by Beth Hoffman. It will make you cry and laugh. One of my favorite books. A book we read for my book club. All 12 of us thought it was excellent.
    Sorry, you prolly won't like it. Didn't realize you were a male.

    You might like Unbroken tho.

    Before I answer I have to ask, what do you like to read?

    I just finished The Five by Robert McCammon. That was pretty entertaining.

    I included what I just finished as an example of what I am looking for, but other recent books I have read;
    -Autobiography of Mark Twain
    -Inferno and Escape From Hell, two sci fi books
    -How I Became a Famous Novelist, by Steve Healy (really, really funny)
    -The Moon Voyage by Jules Verne
    -Down and Out in the Magic Kingdom by Cory Doctrow(brief, exellent and very original) You can get this book for free.
    -Someone Comes to Town, Someone Leaves Town by Cory Doctrow(insanely good book, totally addictive) You can get this book for free.

    I have a Kindle now, so I prefer Kindle books, the Autobiography of Mark Twain was such a big book, I found holding it uncomfortable.
    I tend to like science fiction, but I have read so much I have trouble finding books I think are any good.
