You could try googling a calories burned calculator0

I track it by doing "circuit training"0

circuit training, general... I burn about 230 for 20 minutes at 190 pound female/0

I burn about 150 calories on any given level.0

I have a HRM and made my own listing for it in the data base ( normal burn for me was between 250-330 depending on level )0

I am on level 2 and burn about 250 with a HRM but it would depend on the effort on how much you would burn. Level 1 I burned about 187-210
You can log it under Cardio as circuit training0
