I am having trouble finding a site that tells us how much salt content are in spices does anyone have any suggestions?

    But I agree if they are good spices they should not have any salt in them.
    Also, you might want to see if Mother Earth News has a place to go for spices without salt in them.
    You local whole foods should also have spices without salt in them.

    BTW, I assume that you are aware that you need to soak your Chicken in lemon water so a bit to get the salt out of it RIGHT??!!??

    I don't eat chicken, but that bothers me in so many ways.

    Reading the Omnivore's Dilemma so I'm over critical of processed food right now. Is that possible? to be over critical I mean.
