Hi everyone

I just joined a couple days ago, a friend of mine in exercise class sent me the link. I really like the food and exercise portion so I can track what I did and ate for the day. I am trying to lose 40 lbs and it really sucks. I am 40 years old and it seems the older I get the harder it is to lose weight. I just get so frustrated everyday.

I look forward to reading everyone;s posts, to check out new recipes and see what others are doing to help lose those extra pounds.

    Teesh, I'm 47 and ever since passing the big 40 I just have to look at food and I gain weight! This site has given great inspiration and tools to help me keep focused. Fell free to friend me, we can do yhis together!

    I'm 57 and it's very hard, but you are worth it!! Use the site for the great info and support and you will not feel alone!!
