Hi everyone
I just joined a couple days ago, a friend of mine in exercise class sent me the link. I really like the food and exercise portion so I can track what I did and ate for the day. I am trying to lose 40 lbs and it really sucks. I am 40 years old and it seems the older I get the harder it is to lose weight. I just get so frustrated everyday.
I look forward to reading everyone;s posts, to check out new recipes and see what others are doing to help lose those extra pounds.

Teesh, I'm 47 and ever since passing the big 40 I just have to look at food and I gain weight! This site has given great inspiration and tools to help me keep focused. Fell free to friend me, we can do yhis together!0
