Hi guys! i am new to this website and the last 5 days ive been logging in and tracking what i eat. im following my macros and i am currently cutting. only 3 weeks left until i go into a bulking phase. i need some help though!
today i bought member's mark 100% angus beef beef round bottom round steak and i noticed its not in the databse here =//... there is however a generic bottom round data and i just used that for now. can anyone verify if its ok to do that for now? thanks, any help and or advice is appreciated
