Hi Everyone,
I've been on the site for about a month I think but I've been lurking around and getting to know the place before I posted. I have lost 65# to date and I've another 45-50 to go before I reach my goal weight.
Because of my journey, I found a passion and became certified as a personal trainer and a group exercise instructor within the last year.
I'm here because there are many aspects about this site that I prefer over other similar sites. The addition of calories back into your day based on your activity level is one of the things I adore the most. It's what separates MFP from the other sites out there. Properly fueling your body so it can not only do what it needs to do, but so it can hold up when pushed is something that so many other sites miss.
I will admit that I don't record EVERY fitness activity (like taking the stairs every day or the counting steps or things like that) because I have so many other things to record, I figure it will come out in the end
I've recommended the site to many of my friends and clients. I plan on using MFP to document my remaining 50# journey!
