Looking to get my motivation back!!! Consistency (eating healthy foods and working out) is key in remaining fit and healthy; however, lately I am off track with both. This looks like a great website for support!!

  • Best of luck in finding your motivation. The support from users on the site is fantastic, but for me, the technology is what got me hooked. I have tried to log my calories in the past, and it just became too much of a burden. But, with the mobile app on my smartphone, it's really just taking me a couple of minutes per day to keep track of my food & exercise calories. The bar-code scanner is GREAT.

    I'm a numbers geek, and a great believer in the motto, "if you can measure it, you can manage it." So, having a tool to measure my net calories gives me what I need to keep myself motivated. It becomes a competition...how many consecutive days can I come in below my budgeted net calories? What's my trend? It's a game I play with myself, but I needed a solid way to keep score.
