Hi all,

Found this awesome site yesterday and I'm feeling totally motivated! Officially I started the weight loss journey last week and have lost 5kgs so far but I have much more to go and I need to log everything as efficiently as possible.

    My 15 year old was in Australia in July. I never took weight loss seriously before either until it wouldn't really go away! Food is soooo good. But with MFP I feel more in control and that my exercising might mean more now! Smile, I am here for you!
