    Congrats on signing up! My first 5k is coming up 10/15 & I am wondering what I got myself into (but excited just the same!) Can't wait to hear how you do.

    I just ran my 2nd 5k!!! You can do it!! Relax. bring music and a sweat band. You'll do great. I was a mess my first time. RELAX!!!! You can do it. Then you'll want to do another one!!!! :bigsmile:
