I also weigh in once a week.. I weigh in every friday :laugh:0

I so the same :-) I do not think once a week is too much at all.0

Everyday. In the morning after I've used the bathroom but before I eat. Since I am in maintenance, I no longer log my weight. I weigh everyday to make sure I am staying on track and in my normal range.0

Once a week!!0

I weigh in daily or else I lose my motivation to watch my calories. I have so much weight to lose I need to focus on my day to day progress or I start to feel like giving up.0

I too weigh-in once a week. For me, my motivation comes from seeing results. What I see on the scale after a week of work is definitely a huge confidence boost for myself.0

whenever I think the scale will give me favorable results! :laugh:0

I weigh everyday, mostly as motivation. I usually log my weight once or twice a week.0

This would scare me, because doesnt your weight go up and down daily? I think I would get discouraged daily to see it go up etc. Too much fluctuation for me, but if it works for you......0 -

How long did it take you to lose your weight? You look Great!0 -
I just went to weighing once a month. I have an unhealthy relationship with my scale, so we broke up.0

I weigh in daily as well after using the restroom and before eating or drinking anything. I am not in maintenance, or anywhere near my goal but it helps me stay on track to see the results daily. keeps me motivated when I see the number go down everyday, even by just a little bit.0 -
When I had a person trainer coming to my home- I did a monthly weigh in. Then I had a trainer over the internet and she had me weigh in weekly. There are some days I would weigh in daily, but I would get so discouraged as it would fluctuate - so I try to stay away from the scale as the inches lost are my success.0

I weigh in every Friday morning. Right when i wake up. after i tinkle, but before i eat. :-)0

I understand. I don't own a scale. I go to the doctor to monitor my weight. So it varies when I get weighed.0 -
I weight in at least once a week sometimes more because it keeps me in check.0

I stand on the scale every day but only log in the number when I like what it reads lol0

Seeing it go up is what reminds me I need to watch my intake more closely or try to get more exercise in. I use a digital scale so I'm happy whenever I see even a tenth of a lb vanish. I understand it could be discouraging for some but I need the accountability.0 -
I weigh in everyday, as soon as I wake up right after the bathroom that is.... I do this to keep track of how my body is reacting to different foods. I have been on one diet or another most of my adult life, they all work but I go back to eating and gain it back (unbelievable huh?!) So, I am trying a new approach, instead of hiding from the scales when I know i've done bad - I'm facing them daily, some days I look fwd to it and some days - not so much. It has kept me on track for a while now, so I'm gonna continue.0

i weigh myself every day. As soon as i wake up, after the bathroom but before eating.
I really need to stop doing this, i don't think it is healthy to do it everyday.0 -
I weight everyday, after using the restroom and working out, but before eating. I only actually check in my weight though once a week. My daily weigh in is to check to make sure Im still making progress0

Me too...it has been two weeks and it is getting hard to not try it at least once, but this is more than not weighing in for me. It is also a test of discipline to see if I am able to not go for the small victories to win the big war on weight loss.0 -
I weigh every day, first thing in the morning after hitting the bathroom and before eating/drinking anything.
To me, it is a huge motivator and I look forward every day to seeing a new, low number, and even when I don't, it motivates me to stay on top of my food intake to make the next day something to look forward to!
I really need to have my nose rubbed in it every single day. I can destroy a diet in a week. I can reverse months of effort in a week.0 -
i also weigh in once a week every mon morning before i get ready for work....0

I try to weigh in once a week, but I usually have to weigh myself everyday, but I only really count the weekly weigh in0
