Er, that sounds a bit awful. Getting so sick of something you want to eat less and less of it as time goes on strikes me as a poor long-term plan.0

I think the reason why they eat less by the 5th day is because they're sick of the taste!!!! Interesting thought though. Not true for me - I eat the same thing every morning and I LOVE IT! Had it for at least 5 weeks straight and so far I'm not growing tired of it!0

There is another report out there on a similar theme, only it's about not eating too many different foods at one meal. Basically, if you eat meat and potatoes, your body can tell you when it's full of meat and potatoes. If you're eating pick and mix, every mouthful tastes different, so your body doesn't get a chance to work out if it needs those nutrients before you've moved on to something else. I'd look for the report myself, but I'm lazy :P0
