Hey all,
Just something I noticed recently that freaked me out until I realized it was a good thing.
When I first started on this lifestyle change my resting heart rate would be as high as the upper 90s. I would be at my maximum heart rate on elliptical, stationary bike, etc. on the lowest resistance setting.
I noticed the other day I was up to a resistance of 9 just to keep my heart rate above 120. And at work yesterday I checked my heart rate standing at the nurses station (work at a hospital) and it was 54. I was like "wow, this actually works".
Only bad thing is having to do more mintutes to burn the same amount of calories. lol
