Introduction

Hi all,
Just joined up hoping this will finaly help me loose weight.
I've allways been rather skinny, but as I'm getting older (45) I've slowly been gaining more and more weight.
I've tried several diets but I either did not loose any weight or it returned.
4 years ago I gave birth to twins. During my pregnancy I had to eat like crazy to get enough nurishment.
I've nursed both my babies and lost a lot of weight in that period.
Unfortunately it didn't last. I geuss I had to reduce my portions far more than I did.
Now I need to loose 14 kg (live in the Netherlands so the metric system for me).
My major problems: I realy like good food. I don't like excercise very much. I love to bake.
My good points: I cook from scratch. I don't eat junk food (well hardly). I did start running 3 times a week.
Hope this will help me to keep on track.
