hi!!! i'm new to my fitness pal and it looks really great!!!:happy: i have lost weight before and i was able to keep it of until i was injured and i was not able to move around for 4 months and the weight piled on, i was able to maintain my weight but alot of personal things happened which was very stressful for me and because of this i put even more weight on.
I have now decided that i really need to loss weight and i'm determed to do this.
so any tips and advice would be great!
is there a plan to follow????
