What foods do you like or dislike? Are you keeping tabs on your carbs? What are your breakfast and lunches like to see what might complement them?

Low carbs is a plus, though I'm not following any specific low carb "diet"... I eat pretty light throughout my workday, for example I just finished some oatmeal for breakfast. Lunch will most likely be a salad with grilled chicken. I also have a banana for snacking either this morning or this afternoon. (With peanut butter, yum)

I have been a picky eater for most of my life - only recently trying new things. And guess what? I've like pretty much everything I've tried, LOL. So, I am open to any and ALL suggestions!! (Just minus fish other than the white kinds and Swiss...don't think I'll ever like those, haha)

    THANKS!! :D

Grilled meats with a salad or beans
    Quinoa pilaff
Strifried chciken or prawns with lots of veg (peppers, onions, mushrooms)
    Vegetable chilli or stew.

THANKS SO MUCH!! The Quinoa pilaf looks delish - aaaaand I think I may just try this one out tonight, next to a nicely grilled chicken breast... ; )
