I was successful with weight loss in the past using another web site much like this one. I like this one better because it seems to have more tools to help me track my nutrition.

Last year I lost quite a bit of weight and, at the beginning of this year, I was at my best weight ever. I then injured my shoulder and fell off track to the tune of 30+ pounds. It's amazing how quickly it goes back on. I'm ready to make the commitment to lose it and NEVER LET IT HAPPEN AGAIN.

I'm on a twelve week program to lose the weight, then a life time program to keep it off for good. I'm looking for some friends to co-motivate this journey and commitment to a healthy life.
