Thanks everyone, I have found a TON of recipes and ideas from you guys and from the recommended sites skinnytaste and hungrygirl plus I asked facebook friends and they all had some pretty good stuff too. I'm feeling much calmer now and even excited to try out these new recipes! I got some great ideas about how to sub veggies like zucchini, squash, and eggplant for pasta in some of the dishes to make it lower calorie and I have a Produce Junction near me so I can get veggies & fruits for pretty cheap to do this which is awesome!0

One thing I did notice was once I started eating healthier the cost of food went down as I wasn't buying all the chips, soda, and etc. The amount of meat per serving was cut as well. So while the meat (Lean Turkey, and etc) is more pricey then the beef I use less of it. Chicken is still pretty cheap at around $7 a 3lb bag of chicken breasts.0
