Apple Pasta Salad
Dressing
Ingredients
2 cups Natural apple sauce
¼ cup apple cider vinegar
2 Tbs Dijon mustard
2 Tbs fresh (1 Tbs dry) chopped dill
¼ cup black pitted olives, cut in half
1 dash salt
Pasta
Quantity Ingredients
1 lb cooked fusilli pasta
¾ cup grape tomatoes, halved
½ cup cucumbers, quartered and sliced
½ cup sliced red onion
½ cup European feta cheese
¼ cup black olives
Combine the dressing ingredients in a medium mixing bowl. Add cooked, cooled pasta to the dressing. Toss with all other ingredients.
Makes 6 servings.
Nutrition Information Per Serving:
95 calories; 0.4 g fat; 0.06 g sat fat 0 mg cholesterol; 303 mg sodium; 23 g carbohydrates; 3 g fiber; 1 g protein;
