Just wanted to say hello. My name is Renee'. I'm 24 years old and I'm currently a grad student majoring in speech pathology. I've had a weight problem for most of my life and I've been on lots of diets, but have never had long term success. Hopefully now with the right tools I can accomplish my weight loss goals. Today is my first day and I'm excited about getting started. I'm also looking forward to my very first Zumba class tonight. Luckily my school offers free fitness classes and I'm looking forward to trying each one. What do you like to do to workout? Have a good day everybody!

Hi and welcome! I LOVE Zumba so much!! I do it at the gym and its so much fun and I feel so good after. I just joined on friday and feel free to add me as a friend and we can support each other thru our weight loss journey.0

Hi renee, you'll love zumba it's so much fun. I find what works best for me is working out with a buddy. We encourage each other to keep going. And when one of us doesn't want to work out the other one drags them to the gym. I just find it's a great way to keep the momentum. Plus changing up your workouts once in awhile keeps you from getting bored of doing the same thing. Good luck have, have fun at zumba tonight.0
