I hope you know what I am tlking about, but does anyone use those vibrating plate things? If so do they work? I am looking for toning not weight loss?

Haha I know what you're talking about...
I use it to stretch out my muscles sometimes but there are "Power Plate PIlates" classes too. I didn't really like it because it makes your nose itch while using it and can't see straight for a few minutes afterward. I'd suggest reformer if you're wanting to tone up (it's about the same)0 -
