Anyone who had success doing the low-high calories? I want to do this but a litle bit hesitant. I normally stay in my 1200 calories a day but on days I go up to 1300-1400...I gain 1-2 lbs...Any thoughts?

i'm a bit skeptical of this zig zagging ...i feel like it would mess with my metabolism & vital nutrition "/

I have been tempted to do it, but I don't think I can meet the 50% protein recommendation for the low days...I have a hard time getting enough protein as is

    Hi

This is my first post but I have been logging etc for a while. Are you sure that on the 'over' days you only go to 1300 or 1400 calories as it seems unlikely that a couple of hundred calories in one day would equal a pound or two of weight?
100 calories is only a few almonds or a slice of bread?
