Hi everyone. Im new and it was suggested to me to try this out. I hate food journaling but it is a must and I know it. I hope this helps.

    I always tried logging food on my own but this site is great and I have been on here for a year now.

    It really does help! I too found it a chore at first, but you get used to it very quickly. Helps if you have the phone app too, as you can log on the move rather than trying to remember everything till you get home. Add me as a friend if you feel you need help and/or advice.

    I have always had a hard time with tracking my foods as well, but I know it is a must and this site makes it very easy to stay with it.

    That's so true - so many sites are *****y and just plain mean. It's that old adage of normal person + internet + anonymity = ****head. Not here though.
