Mission MILF Group- Month 4!

HAPPY 4th MONTH TO ALL OF MY MISSION MILF SISTERS! In the first month, we lost 61.1 pounds and in month 2 we lost 45 pounds, 3rd month 50.9 for a total of 157 pounds lost!! Please feel free to join us ... it really is a great group of women who support and encourage each other! Please make sure that if you are just joining us that you add the rest of us as friends so we can support and cheer you on just like we do for each other! Please add MILF group in the friend request so we know you're part of the group.

With that said, here is how things work:
Starting on Wednesday, Sept 14- weigh-in!

End Of Month Weight=
Total Weight Lost=

Begin with your weight that you are RIGHT THIS MINUTE. Regardless of how much you have lost up to this point. From there we will weigh weekly, post our weekly weight on this post, and at the end of the month we will post our ending month weight. We will ALL continue until we reach our goals.

RULES: You MUST weigh yourself once weekly. We love using Wednesday as our weigh-in day, don't begin TODAY. You must log weekly. This is for SERIOUS mommas only, and we take this group VERY seriously. If you decide to begin in the coming weeks, please understand that you must log the same weight on the first week, and etc. ie. Your starting weight would be the weight that you begin the group as, and Week 1 (if you begin after) would be your starting weight...and so forth.

P.S. I may be highly obnoxious and message you if you have not weighed in by Thursday nights. I know sometimes it's hard to keep track of boards and what challenges you're in. :)

    I would LOVE to join this group. I am a mom to 3 and need to get my butt back in shape. Only question is can I just post the weight loss amount and not my actual weight. Still very self conscious:blushing:

    There's nothing to be embarrassed about. You're working toward health. No matter where you're starting out, we all have the same goal :)
    But yes, that's fine if you're uncomfortable :) On Wednesday, just let me know what you've lost since last Wed.
