    That sounds REALLY good. I've been looking for some different breakfast items to break up the monotony of cereal and vitatops, so I'll definitely try this!

    I have this in the oven right now! The only change I made is that I didn't have any onions, so I used the little green onions instead (I tend to like them better than regular onions anyway). It smells wonderful, and I can't wait for it to come out (I just worked out and am HUNGRY!). If I like it, I'll probably make one for Wednesday morning's birthday breakfast at work!

    OK, the verdict is in...YUMMY!

    I may try adding some center cut bacon or ham to it next time for additional protein. It has a really good flavor, though! Thanks for sharing...I can use this as a good base and make slight alterations each time I make it for something different (may try adding some tomatoes, too).
