Exercise How Much How Often?

Today excerise was 60 minutes 451 calories burned per (HRM)

I normally split this up 30 minutes am and 30 minutes pm

Which is better for me? 55M 196.0 was 211.0 when started...

Any suggestions?

    Don't worry too much about the time of day, or number of times a day. The best exercise routine for you is the one you will be most consistant at. This is about making a lifestyle change. Keep up the good work!
