I'm using my excercise ball as my chair at work since I sit all day. I hold my self up with my legs and rock from side to side and front to back as much as I can. Does anyone have any idea how many caloires this would burn so I can log it? You can feel it so I know it's burning them. I googled it and it said up to 350 calories but I don't know how true that it. That sounds like alot.
Thanks!
Thanks!

Yea - 350 sounds really high to me too. Good for your core though.0

350 does sound like a lot. Even doing hardcore strength training for an hour straight doesn't burn that much. If it were me I wouldn't even log it. It is very good for your core strength but not exactly burning off a ton of calories.0

I hadn't thought to log it until I seen people logging in cleaning the house. LOL I don't just sit on my ball I constantly move, I can't help it. I know I burn calories but think I'll let them be extra and not count them. I wouldn't want to cheat myself and log them incorrectly anyway. Thanks!0

I too use my ball as my chair for work but I don't count it as anything figure it's just good for me! But I also don't count housework/cleaning. :-) I have a Body Bugg and I can tell you that it doesn't show any marked increase in activity/burn level for me.0
