Confused about exercise additions

Hello, I'm a bit confused as to how I would enter a weekend home reno project to my exercise.
I know it sounds weird but it's not a regular activity and I was lifting, with the assistance of my husband, bathtub, toilet, tearing up floors and walls and putting new ones up. I was sweating my *kitten* off and have the muscle pain to prove I was exerting myself.
It was literally a project that kept me going full steam from 9am to midnight for 2 straight days.
Is this something I could use? It's hard to figure out how to add it bnecause it's not like I did 30 minutes on the tradmill or anything like that.
Any suggestions?

Thanks

I put this kind of stuff under moving boxes up stairs. It is really freaking hard work, so I figure you burn a ton.

    I personally like "carpentry, general."
  • Thanks for the help. I was utterly confused about how to enter that.
I think it would be helpful if there was a link to view all exercise types for you to select from.
There's other things that I do for exercise classes that I don't feel fits into the categories when I put a general term in.
If there was that type of search option I could just pick anything that would be similar to it.
