HI! New and encouragment/advice needed?

Hi, I created my profile a while ago but have only really just decided to start using this site.
I'm Nineteen and from the NE, UK. Currently taking a year out before university (so I can sort myself out before comitting to something as big as university!)
My 'story' is pretty much on my profile, but I was wondering if anyone had any advice about trying to lose weight whilst depressed? I love to exercise, but I am so low on self esteem, over eating is still a huge issue for me. Any encouragment/advice would be fantastic, thank you guys :-)

I have found that losing weight and starting an exercise routine while depressed actually helps lifts you out of your depression. Keep at it, you're worth it!0
