Check out this link. A guy is suing White Castle because his 290lb body can no longer fit in their booth. This makes me so mad because he will probably win his case and use it as an excuse to get even bigger. I am sympathtic no more. I understand the feelings of being fat and not fitting in a booth at the restaurant, but instead of blamming the restuarant for my fat body I chose to get off my butt and do something.

    Yet, he continues to eat from there. I still can't believe her compared himself to pregnant women and people with legit disabilities.

    Omg how can he say he has a disability? Disabled people don't choose to be that way where as he chooses to eat to much. sadly I can see the UK going this way too

    If you are too fat to sit in the booth, you are too fat to eat at the restaurant!

    Period. I have no sympathy. I used to be a tight squeeze in that booth, I should not have been eating there! :grumble:

    Looks like his major problem is that his knee keeps hitting the metal support.

    I don't think he deserves a cent but if you're gonna run a place like White Castle maybe you should consider who your main customers are & make sure you have comfortable seating for them. Not saying people should be fat but if you're in the business of selling greasy cheeseburgers then maybe you should have bigger tables! Just sayin'

    If the judge is as big as him or close to his size this will not be thrown out... In fact, high chances that this masquerade is going ahead..wasting some tax payers' money.

    Add this: If this goes on and White Castle loses this one and refurbishing starts - who do you think is going to pay? They'll roll the costs for everything: from the lawsuit to the bigger chairs in their prices. I would.
