(Not So) Chili Cheese Frito Salad

My husband brought home a receipt from work for Chili Cheese Frito Salad. The recipe is as follows:
1 small red onion, chopped
1 small green pepper, chopped
1 c. mayonnaise
2 c. shredded cheese
16 oz. frozen corn, thawed
bag of chili cheese fritos, crushed
Mix all ingredients except fritos and refrigerate until served. Add crushed fritos when ready to serve.
It sounded good, so I made it with fat free mayonnaise and low fat cheese. I tasted it before adding the fritos and this is a delicious salad even without them. I am not exactly sure about the nutritional value, as I cannot get it exact, but I figured a serving size of about 1/2 c. and a total of about 10 servings. It is probably not super good for you, but you get in a few veggies and a bit of calcium. If anyone has an idea of the nutritional value, let me know. If anyone tries it and likes it, let me know that too. It doesn't sound the best but it is absolutely delicious.
